(More customer reviews)I recently purchased a Garmin nuvi 2360LMT, which comes with lifetime traffic. That traffic subscription is "free" with the trade-off that you're shown advertisements every time the GPS thinks you aren't moving. That quickly became very annoying. I contacted Garmin and they informed me that the only way to make the ads go away was to purchase a new traffic receiver. This GTM 35 is the one compatible with my nuvi. It would have been nice (and a bit cheaper) if I could have just purchased a replacement subscription for the hardware I already had, but nevertheless it was worth it to me to buy this to make the ads go away. It is otherwise seemingly identical to the receiver that came with my nuvi.
