Is made of soft neoprene and has 2 zipper compartments: one for the GPS unit and one for accessories. However, the latter is not big enough to hold the power cord. It is big enough for memory chips from a camera, etc.
I liked the product so much I bought a second one for my other vehicle and GPS.
