(More customer reviews)It took a bit to get it up and running but, after a call to tech support, it was an easy fix. The biggest problem was that they were closed during the holidays so we had to wait a few days to get an answer. I can't really fault them for that.
This was a Christmas gift for my husband because he was using a regular GPS to drive a box truck around NJ and there are some restricted roads in that state. You can customize it for the dimensions of whatever you're driving and it even has a car option. I was worried that the refurbished product wouldn't be as good but its perfect and such a HUGE savings!
Great product and a must have for any size truck!
