(More customer reviews)The Gomadic Brand will do the intended job, but the cord is too short to allow the Garmin GPS to stay in one position, on the windshield. It pulls the unit down. The tip exchange is straight, and should be a 90 degree angle, which would help compensate for the short cord. A message also comes up saying, this is not supported, but will over ride.
