(More customer reviews)I purchased this Invion 3.5 inch and a 3.5 inch Garmin Streetpilot C330 GPS Navigator at the same time. One for my wife and myself, and the other for my parents. I tested them both. Out of the box the Invion required a little more savy user. But by savy, I mean I had to wipe the SD card provided and download the updated information from their website. Once that was done it performs beautifully. Rode with it from just outside Washington, D.C. to Chareleston South Carolina and its outlying suburbs. Its added features which include MP3 and AVI movie playing, and multiple saved routes as well as additional favorite addresses make it convenience. Its included stylus more than makes up for my butter fingers. It has a long battery life. It is a bonus buy for the even moderately tech savy user. If you need ease and out of the box simplicity, buy a Garmin, but at $169 - $297 (Outside of Tiger Direct) versus the $139 go for the Invion. But if you can use a smartphone, DVR, or Ipod, the Invion has the most bang for the bucks. In my limited comparison.
