1. Band that goes around arm is excellent (strechy clingy material for strap, velcro is on multiple points to ensure fit)
2. Smooth operation of touch screen through clear front of armband
3. Nice bells and whistles on strap (flaps to discourage pinching when tightening, reflectors, velcro strap to secure extra cord)
Cons:
1. Pretty tight, takes ~10-15s to put in armstrap as opposed to my iPhone armstraps which all take 2s. This also means my extended battery does not fit properly.
2. Headphone hole in armband doesnt line up perfectly, you can alleviate this by pre-stretching the neoprene by the hole
Comments on the pocket
I was hoping for a bit more from the extra pocket. Its a flap of neoprene(?) in the phone compartment. I can put in flat items like a CC, a single key, or some money just fine. I was hoping I could put in my keychain with two keys but its so tight I'm worried about damage to the phone.
Conclusion
Well worth the price. If you're looking for a running armband for the Evo your options are limited, this is likely close the the best you can get. I have only had this for a week so I don't know about durability.
