(More customer reviews)I like the concept of this but it has a lot of drawbacks. First is the placement. Where your cigarette lighter is may not be ideal for this. My wife has a Camry and no way can I get it positioned in it to be of any value. I have a Corolla and the placement works because of the position of its cigarette lighter. My main concern is that the GPS will typically be located in a very low location in your car and you need to take your eyes off the road for an excessively long time when looking down versus a dash mount, this is dangerous IMHO so I went back to my vent mount which I like the best of all the mounts I have tried. Really the only advantage this lighter mount has is that the GPS is more shaded and a little easier to read during the daylight. I recommend skipping this one and try a vent mount or a dash bean bag type mount, I sure like my vent mount the best.
