(More customer reviews)We travel to Missoula, Montana so the first destination I checked was an address there. The unit not only didn't know about that street but it is at least 4 years behind for that area and for a well traveled road. I checked the site for a map update and was given the message that I have the latest update. I also am disappointed that it can only be charged in the car or if I purchase another adapter. I haven't tried any other GPS so I don't know if this is common but I hate not being able to just key in an address without doing it in steps and keys being blanked out if it feels it won't exist where I'm checking.

Since I wrote the above I emailed Magellan. Within an hour they emailed me back asking me to document addresses I couldn't find. I sent satellite photos of the area. Within an hour again they responded that the information had been sent to the company that does their map updates. I am impressed with their support.
The voice from the unit is easy to understand and turns are announced ahead enough to be where you need to be. The few times I've used it it has been very accurate. What I really liked about the Magellan RoadMate 5120-LMTX is the lifetime free map updates and lifetime free traffic updates.
