(More customer reviews)I was very disappointed. Using 4 fresh Energizer alkaline batteries, the NUVI was confused. The power output from the batteries was just below the threshold where the NUVI thought the external power source was disconnected and asked if it should shutdown. Before I could tell the NUVI not to shutdown it would flash back to the map where it would all start again. Using four lithium ion batteries this was not a problem, they worked for about an hour.
