I called Lexerd and received a message every time I called there never spoke with a customer rep, so I left 6 messages with my name and number, I never heard back from Lexerd. As far I am concerned the product is junk because their customer service is terrible. So I am left with a product I can't use and no way to get my money back!!
I will never buy from Lexerd again and have let every friend I know not to order anything from them as well.
