If you compare the shape of the shoe on this product to an actual TomTom One shoe, you can see that the TomTom One shoe is tapered at the top of the shoe glides and this product is not. As a result, this does not fit correctly on a TomTom One(ie it fits partially and very loosely). You might be able to file it down with some sandpaper or a dremel tool so that the glides are the correct shape, but why accept a product that was designed to be defective? I was extremely disappointed.
