(More customer reviews)I tried another, less expensive, mounting option for my Samsung Galaxy Tab and was sorely disappointed. It didn't hold it well and since it was not made specifically for it, didn't carry the weight very well.
This OEM vehicle mount is the best. Not only does it fit the Tab, but it even has the cutout for the camera (a la dash cam?). It is plenty strong enough to hold the Tab and I absolutely love that it has a connector on the bottom that slides into the Tab and that has a power connection.
The only thing I might like is a little more flexibility in the articulation of the arm, maybe a second articulating point.
