(More customer reviews)Don't waste your time with this product, or hound the manufacture everyday till no end to fix it. Was with this company before they had major problems. Now with new update, & server it has had numerous problems, glitches, and or no service.
We have pulled our accounts and returning all product.. There is better service and products available just look. And if you got your device to work after boot loader update then contact the manufacture to tell them, they will be happy that they still have a customer.
